Somehow, I received 2 (not one) 7-inch bracelets instead of one! I contacted Windsor Sterling; and they would basically charged me the price of it to return it! More importantly, they didn't respond to my 2nd email that I explained to them that I don't see the proof that it was my mistake. Six days later, I posted a poor review, then they immediately sent me an email calling me names... etc. Waw! I have been buying from Amazon for years; from electronics to hiking and household stuff, you name it. I've never had such an irritating communication! Are you kidding me? You send back an email calling a customer names because I was not happy that YOU didn't respond to an inquiry asking you to proove that it was my mistake?? I guess that explains why 90% of businesses go under after 1-2 years and few survive. Anyway, I know I will not be buying much from that seller. BE WARE! |
